Fortuna is an international group with with operations and investments connected to the Falkland Islands, Taiwan, South Africa, Tristan da Cunha, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, the US and the UK. Yet for all that reach, the Group’s identity remains unmistakably rooted in the Falklands. This is where Fortuna’s story began, and it is where the greatest share of its people, effort and long-term commitment still sits.

Across the Group, Fortuna supports nearly 3000 roles worldwide. Of these, almost 100 are based onshore in the Falklands, with over 2000 more across offshore fleets and marine operations. Fortuna is proud to participate in school work experience and careers day programmes, helping young people understand the range of opportunities available within the Falklands economy. By engaging directly with students, the Group hopes to make careers in industry, fisheries, marine services, logistics and business feel tangible, relevant and achievable. Fortuna also works with the Training Centre to help identify and support work placements for students, creating practical pathways between education and employment.
